(1) Instructions on how to enter and other details in the advertisements for this promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

(3) The promotion is only valid at Big Rock Toyota, Grand Toyota Clarkson and Grand Toyota Wangara.
(4) The promotion will commence at 8:30 am Australian Western Standard Time (‘AWST’) on Tuesday 5 March 2024 and will close at 1:00 pm AWST on Saturday 9 March 2023 (‘Promotion Period’) or until stocks last.
(5) Cash prize draw entry is only open to persons who are 18 years and over and who are residents of Western Australia.
(6) Employees of the Promoters, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families, fleet, government and wholesale customers, rental car companies and other dealerships are ineligible to participate in this promotion.
(7) Only one $500 car care voucher and one $3000 cash prize draw entry are allowed per pre-owned vehicle purchase.
(8) To quality for the $500 car care voucher and one entry into the $3000 cash prize draw, a customer must purchase a pre-owned vehicle from one of the Promoter’s dealerships within the Promotion Period and take delivery of the vehicle before 30 March 2024. The $500 car care voucher is only available for the vehicle purchased, is not applicable to any specially negotiated deals and must be redeemed at time of purchase.
(9) Minimum $3000 trade-in offer vehicle must be registered at time of contract. The trade-in vehicle must have been registered in the purchaser’s name for at least 6 months and will be subject to a PPSR check. If finance is still owing the Promoters can help with payout. The trade-in vehicle must be driven to the dealership under its own power and in a roadworthy condition (not towed). Offers above $3000 are subject to an inspection of the trade-in vehicle.
(10) Draw entrants must agree to make themselves available for any reasonable publicity requests made in relation to this promotion without charge and at a time specified by the Promoters. The Promoters have the right to use such publicity photos, voice recordings and the winner’s name in any medium and in any reasonable manner.
(11) The $3000 cash prize winner will be drawn from all eligible entries on Wednesday 3 April 2024 at 1:00pm, using a random sequence number generated from random.org, and will be notified by phone and/or email by a representative of the Promoters.
(12) The draw winner will be required to attend the selling dealership to claim their prize within 7 days of being notified unless other arrangements are made with the dealership and will be listed on the dealerships’ social media pages after the prize has been claimed.
(13) The winner will be required to provide photo identification and confirm bank account details before the $3000 cash prize is transferred by EFT into their account, which should be within 3 working days of the prize claim.
(14) Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of the winner receiving the $3000 cash prize are the sole responsibility of that winner.
(15) The Promoters may at their absolute discretion withdraw or exclude any person from the Promotion if that person at any time behaves in a manner which in the opinion of the Promoters is inappropriate or offensive or could be considered antisocial, dangerous, or threatening or which may cause injury to themselves or any other person.
(16) The Promoters reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
(17) The Promoters’ decision and the result of the draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
(18) The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend these Terms and Conditions if considered necessary without notice.
(19) Our Privacy Policy is available on the dealership websites and contains information about how we handle your personal information, how you can contact us to access or correct it, how to make a complaint if you feel we have not handled your personal information correctly and how we deal with complaints.
